Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined a minimum of $50 and a maximum of $500 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. In addition a $50 ticket will be issued to cover the cost of sign removal for signs not removed by the applicant within 24 hours of the permit expiration.
