No more than two garage sale permits shall be issued per calendar year per dwelling. No garage sale shall last more than three days. No garage sale hours shall commence before 9:00 a.m. nor extend beyond 6:00 p.m. Signs announcing the garage sale may be posted no more than three days prior to the sale date and must be removed within 24 hours after the sale.
