§ 94.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Unless otherwise provided, any person violating any provision of §§ 94.020 through 94.026 shall be subject to a penalty of not more than $750 and each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   Any person violating any provision of § 94.022(E) shall be fined not more than $750 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (D)   Any person violating the provisions of § 94.023(A) shall be fined not more than $750 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (E)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 94.025(B) and (C) shall be fined not more than $750 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (F)   Any person violating any provision of § 94.026 shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.

   (G)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 94.060 through 94.064 shall be fined not more than $500 and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during on or which a violation occurs or continues.

   (H)   Any person who violates, neglects or refuses to comply with, or who resists or opposes the enforcement of any of the provisions of § 94.084, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $250 and a separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
   (I)   Any person in violation of §§ 94.100 and 94.101 shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $750.
