It shall be unlawful to engage in the following activities, deemed to create excessive noise:
(A) Grass mowing, trimming or operating a chain saw or other gasoline driven landscaping device before the hour of 7:00 a.m. on weekdays and 8:00 a.m. on weekends.
(B) Commencing construction in any area within 1,000 feet of any residence before 7:00 a.m. on weekdays and 8:00 a.m. on weekends.
(C) Conducting a loud private party or other outside gathering or gathering within a building containing more than one living unit with music after 10:00 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday or 11:00 p.m. on Friday or Saturday.
