§ 93.24 NUMBER OF DOGS AND CATS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person:
   (A)   To harbor a total of more than three dogs and/or cats within any house, apartment, dwelling unit and/or building located or maintained in any Single-Family or Two-Family Apartment Residential Zoning District, as defined and stated in the applicable sections of the Zoning Ordinance and relevant provisions of the village code; and/or
   (B)   To keep a total of more than three dogs and/or cats within or upon any lot located in any Single-Family or Two-Family Apartment Residential Zoning District, as defined and stated in the applicable sections of the Zoning Ordinance and relevant provisions of the village code.
