(A) Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than $750 and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

(C) Any person who shall, by himself, herself or another, directly or indirectly, willfully or maliciously, damage, injury or obstruct any sewer, house drain, cesspool, water closet pipe, catch basin, manhole, protection pier or any appurtenance thereto now or hereafter to be laid or constructed in the village shall be liable for each offense and may be punished as provided in this chapter and shall further be liable to pay all expenses incurred on account of repairs or damages resulting from the willful or malicious act.

(D) (1) Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of § 50.67 by tampering with any meter or otherwise avoiding the charges imposed by § 50.67 shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed in each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues, in addition to the payment of charged imposed by § 50.67.
(2) Any person, firm or corporation found using a village fire hydrant without permission or without paying for waste shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed in each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues, in addition to the payment of charges imposed by § 50.67.
(E) Any person violating the provisions of § 50.29 shall be subject to a fine of up to $750 per day for each violation. The use of such prohibited potable water supply each day shall be a separate offense.
