§ 50.48 OBSTRUCTION, DAMAGE TO SYSTEM; PROHIBITED DISCHARGES.
   (A)   Discharge of certain substances prohibited. No flammable substances, petroleum oils, greases, acids, cyanides, radioactive materials, industrial wastes, milk by-products, butcher's offal or garbage, dead animals or obstructions of any kind whatsoever shall be placed, thrown or deposited in any receiving basin or sewer.
   (B)   Discharge of effluent.
      (1)   No roof drainage or storm water shall be discharged in any sanitary sewer or basin.
      (2)   It shall be unlawful for any person to cause the discharge of any sanitary and industrial waste water into the storm sewer system constructed by the State Department of Transportation within, along and upon the following streets in the village:
         (a)   Kostner Avenue;
         (b)   Pulaski Avenue;
         (c)   135th Street; and
         (d)   139th Street.
   (C)   Penalty. Any person so offending or causing any obstruction or substance to be placed so as to be carried into the basin or sewer shall be punished as provided in this chapter.
