The commander, deputy commanders and other members of the Volunteer Part-Time Fire Safety and Rescue Unit shall be paid in the amounts prescribed by village ordinance for each hour of part-time service as assigned for duty, subject to the limitations in hours of service stated in § 35.30. This compensation shall be in lieu of any expense, reimbursement or other compensation due to the Unit member on a “per call”, or other, basis for services during the same hours.
