§ 93.41 ISSUANCE OF PERMIT.

   (A)   No person shall build, make or maintain a bonfire or other similar fire or burning or assist in so doing, within the limits of the city, unless the fire is authorized under § 93.41, or a permit therefore has been first issued under the provisions of § 93.41 which permit has not been revoked.

   (B)   No person shall burn any wood, plastic, cardboard, grass, leaves, brush, trees, place paper or other combustible material or assist in so doing, within the limits of the city, except in an improved fireplace or furnace within an enclosed building, unless the fire is authorized under § 93.41 or a permit therefore has been first issued under the provisions of § 93.41, which permit has not been revoked.
