§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be guilty of a violation and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100).
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of §§ 93.02 or 93.04, the regulations issued thereunder or any order issued thereunder, or who knowingly induces another, directly or indirectly, to violate the provisions of those sections, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or imprisoned for not more than thirty (30) days, or both.

   (C)   Any person convicted of violating the provisions of § 93.07 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined an amount not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500) or imprisoned in the county jail for a term not to exceed thirty (30) days, or both. The parents of any child found violating § 93.07 shall be subject to a fine in an amount not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

   (D)   Any building owner violating the provisions of § 93.25 shall be subject to a fine of three hundred dollars ($300.00). Each day that such violation shall continue after notification shall be considered a separate violation at three hundred dollars ($300.00) per day.

   (E)   Any person or corporation violating the provisions of §§ 93.30 through 93.33 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), or shall be imprisoned up to, but no more than six (6) months, or both.

   (F)   Violations of §§ 93.40 through 93.42 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500).
