§ 72.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates § 72.06 shall be fined five dollars ($5) for each violation.

   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of § 72.12 shall be fined twenty-five dollars ($25).
   (C)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter or the schedule in Chapter 75 for which no penalty is otherwise specifically provided, shall be fined fifteen dollars ($15).

   (D)   For the violation of § 72.03(B), (C), or (D), the operator or owner of a motor vehicle shall be subject to a civil penalty of ten dollars ($10.00) for each separate violation. In addition, the motor vehicle in violation shall be subject to tow, the costs of which shall be the debt of the owner/operator.

   (E)   Violation of § 72.01(C) shall be punishable by a fine of twenty-five dollars ($25). In addition, the motor vehicle in violation shall be subject to tow, the costs of which shall be the debt of the owner/operator of the vehicle.
