505.11 HUNTING RESTRICTED.

(a) No person shall hunt, kill or attempt to kill any animal or fowl by the use of firearms, bow and arrow, air rifle or any other means within the corporate limits of the Municipality.

(b) Notwithstanding subsection 505.11(a) hereof, or Section 549.08 and any other sections of the Codified Ordinances of this Village, hunting with shotguns, muzzle loaders and bows only shall be permitted in those areas of the Village designated as Outdoor Recreation Areas providing it complies with all state laws and regulations of the Ohio Department of Natural Resources.
