(a) Any fee fixed by this chapter or by the Ohio Basic Building Code, or other ordinances of the Municipality shall be doubled if such permit is obtained after work commences.
(b) Failure to properly display a permit as set forth in Section 1329.01, shall be a minor misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of up to one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00), for a first offense, and a fourth degree misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and up to thirty (30) days in jail.
