(A) Location. Sidewalks shall be provided by the applicant on each side of all streets within the subdivision.
(B) Provision of easements. The Commission may require perpetual, unobstructed easements, at least ten feet in width, in order to facilitate pedestrian access from the street to schools, parks, playgrounds or other nearby streets. Such easements shall be indicated on both the preliminary and secondary plats.
(C) Grading. Grading of the entire right-of-way shall be provided for the location of sidewalks one foot from front lot lines, and a proper grade shall be provided by the applicant according to the standards shown on the plans, profiles and cross-sections approved by the Commission.
(D) Dimensions. Subdivision sidewalks shall be in conformance with the following minimum requirements:
