For the purpose of providing for the public health, safety, and general welfare, the city, on recommendation of the Commission, may from time to time amend the provisions imposed by these subdivision regulations. All amendments shall be considered and adopted in compliance with I.C. 36-7-4-700 et. seq. and any applicable rules of procedure adopted by the Plan Commission or the Common Council.
