Pursuant to I.C. 36-7-4-1016, any person aggrieved by a final decision of the Crawfordsville Plan Commission under this chapter may present to the court of competent jurisdiction, a petition, duly verified, setting form that such decision is illegal in whole or in part and specifying the grounds of illegality. The petition shall be presented to the court within 30 days after the entry of the decision of the Plan Commission.
