Following adoption of an ordinance by the City Council providing for a planned unit development (PUD), the procedure for platting within the districts shall be the same as that prescribed for subdivisions in this chapter and in compliance with the procedures and regulations set forth in § 153.017, Planned Unit Development, of the Crawfordsville Zoning Ordinance, as amended from time to time.
