(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided, upon conviction thereof shall be subject to a fine in any sum not to exceed $100. (‘85 Code, § 29.99)
(B) Any adult person violating § 130.06 shall be fined in an amount not less than $250 and no more than $500, plus the court costs for an ordinance violation. As an alternative to said fine or on such terms as it finds just, the Court may order the minor and/or the minor’s parent or parents to perform community service and/or attend one or more programs approved by the Court.

(C) Any person violating § 130.07 shall be fined not less than $1 nor more than $5. (‘85 Code, § 6.08)
