§ 118.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CONTRACTOR. Any person who is acting for himself or as any employee of a firm, performs any of the work in the trades set forth in § 118.02 for hire by any third party of the property of such third party’s property.
