Any person who violates this chapter will be subject to the following penalties:
(A) Soliciting without a license:
(1) First offense: $500 fine;
(2) Second Offense: $750 fine; and
(3) Subsequent offenses: $1,000 fine per occurrence.
(B) Any other violation of this chapter:
(1) Revocation of solicitor's license; and
(2) A $100 fine.
