§ 72.46 MANNER OF PARKING IN CITY LOTS.
   Vehicles parking at the city parking lots, located at 305 East Main St. and 307 East Main St., shall drive their vehicles in to the marked parking spaces in the parking lot, and backing vehicles into the parking spaces is hereby declared to be unlawful.
