Between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, parking or standing a vehicle in a designated space shall be lawful only as stated below. Meters shall not be operated at other times nor on Sundays or holidays declared as such by the state. Limits and required money deposits are as follows:
(A) Thirty minutes upon deposit of one nickel to a maximum deposit of $.20 in appropriate coins at locations as shown in Parts I, II, and III of Chapter 77, Schedule IX, except Lot at 102 S. Water.
(B) One hour upon deposit of each nickel up to a maximum of four hours, or $.20, in appropriate coins at locations as shown in Part IV of Chapter 77, Schedule IX.
(C) Two hours upon deposit of each nickel to a maximum of $.25 in appropriate coins at the locations as shown in Part V of Chapter 77, Schedule IX.
