§ 53.57 LAND DISTURBANCE PERMIT (IMPROVEMENT LOCATION PERMIT).
   (A)   A land disturbance permit (improvement location permit) to begin land disturbance activities including but not limited to altering grade (filling, excavating, stockpiling materials) and constructing parking areas must be secured before any land disturbing activities. The permit may not be granted by the Planning Department Office until the site is evaluated to determine if a detailed design drainage plan is needed. If it is determined that a detailed drainage plan is needed the plan must be approved by the City Engineer and Superintendent of Stormwater.
   (B)   Under Chapter 150 of the Code of Crawfordsville, the fee for the land disturbance permit is $15. If stormwater inspection is required at the City Engineer's or Superintendent of Stormwater's discretion, the applicant must pay an additional $40 as required under § 150.23 of the Code of Crawfordsville.
