§ 53.49 MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF STORM WATER DRAINAGE FACILITIES.
   The owner of real estate is responsible for all maintenance and repair of the property’s stormwater drainage facilities. The granting of an easement to the city does not alter the property owner’s duty to maintain and repair the property’s storm water drainage facilities.
