This subchapter shall apply to all development that requires City of Crawfordsville location permits and official review and approval of the Crawfordsville Planning Department within the city’s corporate limits. This subchapter regulates:
(A) Stormwater drainage improvements related to development or redevelopment of lands located within the City of Crawfordsville’s corporate limits.
(B) Drainage control systems installed during new construction and grading of lots and other parcels of land.
(C) Erosion and sediment control systems installed during new construction and grading of lots and other parcels of land.
(D) The design, construction, and maintenance of stormwater drainage facilities and systems.
