§ 53.26 COMPENSATORY ACTION.
   In lieu of enforcement proceedings, penalties and remedies authorized by this subchapter, the city may impose upon a violator alternative compensatory actions, such as storm drain stenciling, attendance at compliance workshops, creek cleanup and the like.
