§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating any provision of this chapter or failing to comply with any rules and provisions which may be established by virtue of powers invested by this chapter, or failing to comply with an order of the City Electrician made by virtue of the powers conferred on him by this chapter, may be removed from the electric service of the city’s electric plant and/or be fined in any sum not less than $10 nor more than $100. Upon a second conviction, the City Electrician may, in addition to any fine or penalty imposed, revoke the electrical license held by such convicted person, and such person shall not have such a license reissued to him within one year from the date of revocation.
