§ 50.06 TAMPERING WITH UTILITY PROPERTY.
   (A)   No person shall injure, mark or deface any electric light or fire-alarm pole, or nail, tack, or paste any bill, notice, sign or advertisement of any kind thereon; or break, cut, injure, or in any way meddle or tamper with any electric wire belonging to the city and connected with the fire alarm system, or throw objects at, destroy, break or otherwise injure any electric lamp belonging to the city, or injure, mark or deface in any manner whatever any property, building, machinery, apparatus or appliance belonging to the city and connected with its electric plant or fire alarm system.    (B)   Where a customer of the Electric Utility requests underground service to his property from an existing transmission line, the customer shall provide suitable trenching from the line of the Electric Utility to his load or loads. Trenching shall meet Electric Light & Power Company specifications. The customer, by providing suitable trenching, shall not be exempt from other provisions of the ordinances of the city regarding electric service.
   (C)   Whenever a customer requests an existing line, whether overhead or underground, to be relocated or changed solely to suit the convenience of the customer, the customer shall reimburse the Electric Utility for the entire cost incurred in making such change.
