§ 35.67 COMMUNITY PARAMEDICS OPERATING FUND.
   (A)   Established. The Community Paramedics Operating Fund 706 is created that the City Clerk-Treasurer will maintain for the city.
   (B)   Funding. This Fund will be funded by all revenues the city receives regarding the Crawfordsville Community Paramedics Enterprise ("CCP Enterprise") under Code of Crawfordsville § 34.34.
   (C)   Use. The Fund will be used exclusively for any CCP Enterprise purpose or program.
   (D)   Non-reverting fund. This is a non-reverting fund.
