§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Any person or persons, firm or corporation who is responsible for the failure to comply with the provisions of § 70.01 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, will be fined not more than $750 for each violation, together with costs.
      (2)   The Municipal Judge shall establish and adopt a bond schedule for all misdemeanor offenses where a bond may be forfeited in lieu of appearance.
   (C)   Any person who violates any provisions of § 70.15 shall be subject to a penalty of up to $750 per day. Each day in which the violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
   (D)   Violation of § 70.16 is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $250 nor more than $750.
   (E)   A person convicted of violating § 70.17 is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $750.
   (F)   (1)    Any person or persons violating § 70.30, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $750 and costs or 25 days in jail, or both. Such fine and imprisonment is at the discretion of the court.
      (2)   Failure to attend after being served with the summons in any way shall be punished independently of any other violation of § 70.30, and shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $750 or imprisoned in the Town Jail for 25 days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
