(A) Adoption.
(1) Pursuant to Wyo. Stat. § 15-1-119, 1977 republished edition, as amended; §§ 31-5-101 through and including 31-5-1214 of the statutes; and all amendments thereto up through 1997, being the Uniform Act Regulating Traffic on Highways, except such sections of the Act as are specifically deleted therefrom by division (B) below, are adopted by reference and incorporated as a part of this section as if fully set forth herein. One copy of such provisions shall be kept in the office of the Town Clerk/Treasurer for examination and inspection.
(2) Wyo. Stat. §§ 31-4-503, 31-5-1303 and 31-7-134 are adopted by reference and incorporated as a part of this section as if freely set forth herein.
(3) Wyo. Stat. § 31-4-101(a)(i), “Vehicle registration and license plate required;” Wyo. Stat. § 31-7-116, “Carrying and displaying driver’s license;” and Wyo. Stat. § 31-7-117, “Restricted driver’s license; for persons between the ages of 14 and 16 years of age,” are adopted by reference and incorporated as a part of this section as if freely set forth herein.
(B) Deletions. The following sections of the Uniform Act Regulating Traffic on Highways, found within Wyo. Stat. §§ 31-5-101 through and including 31-5-1214, as amended, are specifically deleted and excepted therefrom before adoption by the Town Council, as provided in division (A) above:
(1) Wyo. Stat. § 31-5-212;
(2) Wyo. Stat. § 31-5-213;
(3) Wyo. Stat. § 31-5-227;
(4) Wyo. Stat. § 31-5-233;
(5) Wyo. Stat. § 31-5-302;
(6) Wyo. Stat. § 31-5-306;
(7) Wyo. Stat. § 31-5-501;
(8) Wyo. Stat. § 31-5-502;
(9) Wyo. Stat. § 31-5-959;
(10) Wyo. Stat. §§ 31-5-1110 through 31-5-1112; and
(11) Wyo. Stat. § 31-5-1201.
