(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating any provision of §§ 52.01 through 52.17, upon conviction, shall be fined an amount not exceeding $750 for each violation, to which may be added costs of $10, as described in § 10.99. Each day any violation or non-compliance of §§ 52.01 through 52.17 continues shall constitute a separate offense.
