(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person found guilty of violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 51.01 through 51.09 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $750 for each such offense, to which may be added costs of $10, as described in § 10.99. Each day any violation or non-compliance of §§ 51.01 through 51.09 continues shall constitute a separate offense.
