(A) Any person, firm, association or corporation desiring to hook onto the town water system shall pay a hookup fee which shall be established annually upon the adoption of the town’s budget.
(B) The initial hookup fee shall be as follows:
Water tap, in town (standard 3/4-inch) | $1,250 |
Water tap (larger than 3/4-inch/2-inch maximum) | $1,250 plus additional charges |
Water tap, out of town | $2,500 plus materials |
