§ 154.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   (1)   Misdemeanor. Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 154.01 through 154.04 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof in the Municipal Court, shall be fined a sum not more than $750, plus court costs for each offense.

      (2)   Separate offense. Each day that any such violation exists shall be termed a separate offense and both the person in charge of such mobile home or house trailer and the owner or occupant of the property on which the same may be located shall be separately penalized hereunder.
