(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who violates any provisions of § 132.01 shall be subject to a penalty of up to $750 for each offense.
(C) Any person convicted of a violation of § 132.03 shall be fined in any amount not to exceed $750.
