(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person convicted of violating the provisions of §§ 130.01 through 130.09 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not more than $250 or imprisonment for a period not to exceed 30 days, or both, for the first day’s violation. Each day’s continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
