§ 130.01 REGISTRATION OF CRIMINALS REQUIRED.
   Every person entering into the city, and staying for a period of two weeks or more, who has been convicted two or more times in federal or state courts of offenses which are felonies under the laws of the United States or of the state in which committed or which would be classed as felonies, if committed in the state, shall register with and furnish to the Bureau of Identification of the Police Department a written statement signed by him or her within 24 hours after having actual notice or a reasonable opportunity to have actual notice of the requirement to register. There shall be no automatic presumption that a person has notice of the requirements of this subchapter.
