§ 130.04 PHOTOGRAPHS AND FINGERPRINTS.
   Every person registering in accordance with § 130.01 of this chapter shall be photographed and fingerprinted by the Bureau of Identification. The photograph and fingerprints shall be made a part of the permanent records of the Police Department.
