§ 113.28 UNWHOLESOME FOOD; SLAUGHTERING.
   (A)   No person shall sell or offer for sale any unwholesome, damaged or spoiled provisions or meats of any kind in any public market.
   (B)   No person shall slaughter or dress any animal or fish within any market spaces or place any garbage, offal, filth or rubbish in any market space.
