§ 113.09 GAMBLING.
   (A)   Gambling in pool or billiard rooms.
      (1)   No dice shall be thrown, nor shall a pea-ball or shake-ball be used, nor shall cards, raffles or other games of chance or any form of gambling be permitted in any pool or billiard room or in the room in which pool or billiard tables are located, or at any cigar stand or any other business in the same room, whether or not the room is divided by a partition, nor shall any checks be given which can be redeemed for merchandise or cash.
      (2)   This section shall not prevent the giving of cash or merchandise prizes to pool or billiard players in tournament, league or any other exhibition play.
   (B)   Leasing pool room for gambling purposes. No person shall let, lease or rent to any person or permit to be used after receiving notice any room, house or building to be used or occupied as a pool room in violation of division (A) above.
