§ 113.05 ISSUANCE; TRANSFERABILITY.
   Every license granted under this subchapter shall be issued for a period of one year from May 1 to April 30 of the following year. No license to maintain, conduct or operate a pool table or billiard table shall be transferred without the consent of the Finance Department.
