§ 113.03 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall maintain, conduct or operate any pool room, pool table, billiard room or billiard table without first obtaining the required license. Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to apply to any pool tables or billiard tables maintained for private use without any profit in any individual’s residence.
