§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person convicted of violating the provisions of § 91.01 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500.
   (C)   Any person convicted of violating the provisions of § 91.02 of this chapter shall deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500.
   (D)   Any person convicted of violating the provisions of § 91.03 of this chapter shall deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500 for the first day’s violation. Each day’s continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
   (E)   Any person convicted of violating the provisions of § 91.04(B) of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined an amount not to exceed $500 or imprisoned in the county jail for a term not to exceed 30 days. Any person convicted of violating the provisions of § 91.04(C) of this chapter shall be fined an amount not to exceed $500.
   (F)   Any person who violates any provision of a lawful order, rule or regulation made under the provisions of § 91.05 of this chapter, or who induces another to violate any provisions of § 91.05 of this chapter or of any lawful order, rule or regulation made thereunder, shall be deemed guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. Each day such violations exist shall, in the discretion of the courts, be considered as a separate offense.
