§ 91.07 NON-COMPLIANCE WITH FIRE CHIEF’S OR FIRE/RENTAL INSPECTOR’S ORDER.
   If any owner fails to comply with a summary order or an order of the Fire Chief or his or her designees, acting as the designee of the state’s Fire Marshal, or with an order as modified on appeal, the Fire Chief may cause the property to be repaired, or removed if repair is not feasible, or all fire hazard conditions remedied, at the expense of the owner. Such expense may be enforced against any property of such owner, and the city and those employed by the city to do the work or who furnish materials or equipment therefor, shall have a lien for such expense on the real estate property involved.
