§ 74.028 MAXIMUM TIME LIMITS FOR PARKING.
   (A)   The Parking Authority is delegated the responsibility and authority to establish maximum time limits for parking at parking meters within any designated Parking Meter Zone and on publicly-owned parking lots and garages, and is further authorized to post these locations with appropriate signage.
   (B)   No person shall park a vehicle or allow a vehicle to be parked at any place beyond the maximum time allowed by the official sign governing that place.
   (C)   A vehicle shall be determined to be parked in the same location unless it has been moved for a distance of more than 50 feet.
