§ 74.007 PARKING ON STREETS.
   (A)   No person shall park a vehicle on any public street, alley, way or thoroughfare, but not including right-of-way or shoulder, in the city, not otherwise restricted by parking regulations for a period longer than 72 hours.
   (B)   A vehicle shall be determined to be parked in the same location unless it has been moved for a distance of more than 50 feet to another location.
   (C)   No vehicle shall remain stopped in the right- of-way of a roadway, where parking is not otherwise permitted, unless the vehicle is disabled in such a manner and to such an extent that it is impossible to avoid the occupation of the shoulder of a roadway or impracticable to remove it from the shoulder of the roadway until repairs have been made or sufficient help obtained for its removal. In no event shall a vehicle remain in the right-of-way or shoulder of a roadway for more than 24 hours.
