(A) All owners of motorcycles that are operated in the city must purchase the required insurance coverage pursuant to KRS 304.39-010 through 304.39-110.
(B) The operator of a motorcycle shall have proof of insurance in his or her immediate possession at all times when driving a motorcycle and shall display it upon demand to any officer of the city’s Police Department.
