Upon request of the city council, the city plan commission-zoning board of appeals has prepared and has recommended to the city council a proposed official comprehensive plan for the present and future development of the city and regulating subdivisions within the corporate limits thereof titled "Comprehensive Plan - Vision For 2024 City Of Countryside, Illinois", and the plan commission-zoning board of appeals has held a public hearing, scheduled by the city council, thereon, after required published notice; and the city council, after considering the recommendations of the plan commission-zoning board of appeals and the information derived from such public hearing, hereby adopts said proposed official comprehensive plan titled "Comprehensive Plan - Vision For 2024 City Of Countryside, Illinois", as the official comprehensive plan for the city of Countryside.
