9-3-7: BUILDING SETBACK LINES:

Building setback lines in residential areas of new subdivisions shall conform to the front yard provisions of the applicable City or County zoning ordinance, except that in no case shall the building setback line be less than designated by zoning ordinance. (Ord. 69-24-0)
